Information we collect
When you register or use the service, we process your email, display name, protected sign-in information, saved styles, membership and order records. Feedback includes your message, related page, language and any contact details you choose to provide. Feedback submitted while signed in is linked to your account.
How we use it
We use this information to verify email, support sign-in and password recovery, save favorites, manage membership, review feedback and resolve order issues. Necessary security records and basic usage statistics help prevent abuse and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use it to build third-party advertising profiles.
Payment information
PayPal handles payment methods and billing approval. We do not store card numbers or PayPal passwords. We retain transaction records needed to verify orders, manage membership, stop renewal and handle refunds or disputes. Membership purchases are currently unavailable.
Cookies and service providers
We use cookies necessary for sign-in and service features. Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend and PayPal support website hosting, data storage, images, email and payments. Necessary information may be processed outside your country. Providers process required data under their applicable policies.
Retention
Accounts and saved styles remain while you use the service. Order and dispute records are retained as required by applicable law and resolution needs. Resolved feedback is normally kept for up to 180 days; basic usage records for up to 90 days. Legal retention, identity verification and backup cleanup may affect deletion timing.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your display name, manage saved styles and cancel automatic renewal. Use Feedback to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We assess requests after verifying identity, in accordance with applicable law.
Keeping your account safe
Protect your password. Never send passwords, card information or private credentials through Feedback. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Signing out cannot recall content you have already viewed or saved.
Policy changes
This policy applies to SREF Atlas. Material changes will be described on the website and separately notified where required by law. Send privacy requests through Feedback.
